In order to make the staff strictly observe the safety of production and process discipline, standardize the operation of the post skills, and conscientiously practice the culture of responsibility and efficiency, master the professional skills, guide the practical operation with professional knowledge, and treat every job with a dedicated attitude, during May 14th to May 23rd, skill contests with the theme of "Huashan Lun Jian" were held at Shenda Changsha headquarters.

    After discussing with Operation Department, four specific items were set up, which were "The top and down mold skills competition" and "The full inspection skills competition" in Injection Factory , "The sewing skills competition" in Comprehensive Factory and "The fitter skills Competition" in Mould Factory. The 24 employees from various factories were actively participating in these competitions. Deputy general manager, Operation director, HR.&AD. minister and other leaders also came to the scene to observe and guide. From the safety production, professional skills and field 6S and other aspects, the judges carefully examined and tested.

    After the hard struggle of the players and the fair judgment of the referee, 4 top posts were identified in the four competitions. They were Ouyang Zhiyong and Pan Linjun from Injection Factory, Liu Fenfang from Comprehensive Factory and Ma Dijun from Mould Factory.

    "Promoting learning,training and research by competition", through these contests, we found many shortcomings in the work. We hope to take this competition as an opportunity to further strengthen the training of post skills, strengthen safety production and 6S consciousness, and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the work.
