On March 13, 2014 Yanfeng Supplier Conference was held with the theme of “Stability · Innovation - create steady and vigorous Yanfeng supply chain”.
Wang Huan, Director of SGM Supply Chain Quality and Development Section, was invited to make an explanation on 2015 SGM’s requirements on supply chain from “pulling together to ensure the production of new product, going all out to guarantee the component supply, providing outstanding quality, improving R&D capability through technology and improving material cost by a combination of measures.
Zhang Xiaowen, Deputy General Manager of TC, IBU, explained the importance of cooperative innovation of supply chain and showed expectation for the joint innovation between Yanfeng and suppliers in 2015.
Chen Zunyi, Senior Director of Purchasing Strategy Management of HQ demanded all suppliers to enhance the vitality of supply chain through joint innovation and jointly plan for the future and develop together based on the stability of the supply chain.
Ma Zhengang, General Manager of Yanfeng pointed out, it will be the core factors of 2015 supply strategy are innovation, continuous improvement, sticking to quality as basis of manufacturing industry, strengthening construction of self-capability, and ensuring the effectiveness and vitality of the supply chain under continuous high pressure and fluctuation test.
